At Javahra, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t quite right, this policy explains how returns and exchanges work. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
Our Promise
Every Javahra piece is checked for quality before it is dispatched. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will make it right.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached.
- In its original condition and packaging.
- Reported to us within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and made-to-order reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-stitched or made-to-measure pieces.
- Items bought on sale or with a discount code.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or a suitable resolution at no extra cost to you.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at sales@javahra.com or message us on WhatsApp at 0300-6321869 with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the next steps. Please do not send any item back before your return has been approved.
Exchanges, Refunds & Store Credit
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will offer an exchange or store credit for the value of the item. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping & Processing Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 5 to 7 working days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
