Order Processing Time
Ready-to-Wear: All ready-to-wear orders are processed within 2-4 business days after purchase. Please note that handmade or custom-designed items may take longer based on the complexity of the design.
Custom Orders: Custom orders are created after a detailed consultation in-store or online through Zoom. During your consultation, we will determine the date and time of delivery based on your specific design choices

Custom Orders
Custom orders require a consultation either in-store or online via Zoom to discuss the design details. Once the design is finalized, we will provide you with a delivery schedule. The delivery date for custom orders will be confirmed based on the production timeline.
Order Tracking
Once your ready-to-wear order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track the progress of your shipment through the courier’s website. For custom orders, tracking information will be provided once the item has been shipped.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes
Currently, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure you provide a valid street address during checkout to avoid delivery delays.
